Yes, provided that they have the money.

This is still a free Country, so I can't see why such a prohibition would benefit anyone.

Who do you believe would be the aggrieved parties ?

Some State jurisdictions may mandate that disclosure be made . . . . but really, who's going to be paying attention, The Auctioneer ?

Well I was on a trip to Dubai and I was actually searching for some real estate investors for the same thing and I found people actually buy at auction there.

The traditional channels of searching real estate listings and working with real estate agents aren't the only way to acquire a property. Experienced real estate investors often purchase properties at auctions. But auctions aren't limited to professionals - novices have purchased their homes at auctions, too.

From experience, I would have switched your #3 and #4. Otherwise, you are spot on.

And I could not over-emphasize the importance of understanding how the auction works. If your financing requires a P&S and the auction doesn't provide one, the time to know that is before your bid.

If you have money, you should invest. For example, you can buy property in Dubai etc. The UAE is one of the youngest countries in the Middle East with a population of 9.4 million. People, 80% of whom are immigrants employed in a wide range of industries. For example, you can take a look on new properties i OAE at https://korter.ae/ korter.ae to find out if you have enough budget to invest

All that may be true, but what are the laws/rules on real estate ownership by foreigners? What are the chances you lose your investment in a coup? Britain? Sure. UAE? Not so sure.
