Hello and what a delight to be returning to this site after several years of bank inspection activity and now returning to a broker shortly.

While participating in the bank inspection field, we also did photography for three real estate brokers, but only on a photographic level alone.

I realized that the Broker Price Opinion work they had done after receiving our photography was outsourced to another company.

The income levels for doing bank inspection work were so low, that we were forced to leave the field and the decision has been to resume going on board with a brokerage.

We can readily participate in BPO photography. My question is whether it is appropriate to outsource the BPO write up after have sent the photos to the company that completes the information?

I was of the impression, that we as licensees needed to do the BPO form filling and not others.
