There are many ways to promote your commercial real estate company. Yes, Facebook fan page and Twitter can give you leads, but you need to maintain Facebook, Twitter accounts regularly. i.e you need to post, increase your followers on Twitter, Increase likes of Facebook fan page etc. Video promotion is the best way to promote your commercial real estate company. You can also list your commercial real estate company in local directories.

To see true results, you need to be online now, but very strategic and skilled as well, though.

Iím going to plug my company here, but CRE inquiries have doubled online over the last three years (2014-2016), and 80% of investors told Loopnet in a survey that they go online to meet their CRE needs/inquiries. So, no doubt, your prospects are online. Even 64% do it on their phone.

But, if you donít know exactly how to get in front of them (and how to compel them to action) online, then good luck keeping your business moving upward five years from now. The internet has disrupted industry after industry, and I think CRE is about to have its disruption.

If you want more facts to prove this, Iíll email them to you. I also should mention that our brokers love the leads we get them. Check out RealLaunch! We donít want to make money unless weíre helping you make it.

I'm a realtor in Edmonton area and social media is a good strategy.

Brand consistency throughout your marketing is a good complement to your social media strategy to gain trust among potential clients.

It is a major misconception that only the physical goods and services market has a need to market them in the economy. That is never the case. Whenever you are offering anything for a price, it requires marketing Ė be it a product, a service, a place or even an idea. If you are offering anything of utility to another person, you have all the right to charge for the same.

Since several years, there has been this misconception that real estate doesnít require enough marketing. It has been lauded as such a fruitful and beneficial market that people donít really think it should be offered for a sale and advertised. This is an absolutely wrong notion. When it comes to real estate, it is one of the most beneficial markets in the world. The amount of rise and fall in the values of properties is rarely duplicated in other markets.
If you want to market your Real Estate Company, you donít really have to choose any new marketing option as compared to the ones already used in other markets. You can have a print ad published for selling your new residential apartment. You can have an encouraging video of the interiors of your house or office and show the same on TV as a commercial. You can also use social media in promoting your property. Facebook has proved to be a great source of proving leads. As every second person is on this platform, you are likely to get more people as leads for your property.

I actually manage an affiliate program for a real estate marketing firm called Home ASAP, and based on my conversations with agents across the U.S. social media can be a big help to agents in many aspects of marketing. The key is taking a holistic approach to marketing. Your results depend on what you put in.

For starters, you need to build awareness whether through ad spend, contests, or other outreach. You need something to keep yourself on prospects' radars and build relationships, so that you come to mind when they hit that moment they're ready to move. That's usually a good starting point.
