How is everyone handling the QCs about the BPO GLA, not matching the info available online for TOTAL fsf. Even if I put in a blurb explaining that BPO asks for fsf to be divided into above and below grade, and these two numbers add up to the total fsf from online resources, it still gets kicked back.

Also having trouble with CC wanting only tax record GLA used. One of our suburbs only lists main floor fsf, so a split or one story is fine. But for a 2 story, the fsf reported in tax records is only 1/2 what it actually is. They used to accept an explanation that city's data does not auto feed correctly. Now, they insist that the incorrect data be used, no matter how clearly the photos show a 2 story house that has twice the fsf.

I have an email from the County Auditor herself that explains their methodology. I just provide that and the tax card.

Also, many time the "mutual customer" will have an appraisal available.

Whoa that's brutal. Ours is usually above grade only. Split levels are misreported ALL the time though. Thankfully explaining this usually works for me.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
