Hello all. What are your thoughts about tokenization and real estate tokenization? This trend seems to be really strong this year and promises to keep this way. Tokenized real estate STO lists like https://stoanalytics.com already show a number of offerings in the area

Can you point me to an article that says this trend is really strong? I found a Forbes article that looked more like a paid advertisement. This is the link.

If I understand the article, ownership is no longer in a deed, but in blockchain. If that is right, and if blockchain really is that easily transferable, then that would allow deals to be denominated in blockchain currency rather than the local currency. Is that the benefit?

If so, how does it come out of blockchain title and back into locally recorded deed title. Does the blockchain transfer the fee estate or is there a new kind of estate formed?

The article I linked to showed a listing, but not a sale. Do you have a sale you could point us to?
