When you see a new member whose location is the united states you can be pretty sure they will evetually get around to spamming us.

Hi Long Walk.

First of all I would like to apologize that I am not able to clarify what I actually wanted to ask?

Basically I wanted to say in this thread that according to me, if one create extra value in its property it can help in giving more returns in terms of rent and can create more cash flow for you.

I wanted thoughts of everyone on that.

I hope I am able to clarify my point now.

You ask an interesting question. There are many knowledgeable professionals here who may offer insight. One thing to remember is that some tips work everywhere, while some work best in certain markets.
