For realtors out there who take listings: do you provide a net sheet for the seller? I asked this question in a RE class & some more experienced realtors said 'the title co. does it.'
but I'm talking about the listing presentation. There is no title co. involved at that point.
So, question is: Do you provide a seller's net sheet at a listing presentation?

We don't. We just had a seller ask us for one and we just went right to the title company for it. Our MLS system allows us to do them, but it's best to just have the title companies do it.

And, if you're on a listing appointment and the sellers ask you for one then it gives you a reason to get back to them.
