Does anyone know of a productivity/collaboration app (has projects/to-do's/notes) that specializes in client collaboration?

Specifically, I am trying to find something that will help with buy side deals. I would like to be able to share progress/to-do's with my clients (especially when it comes down to closing time on the house)
I would imagine that it has to have a pretty robust to-do list functionality but also allow people (my clients) who are not members on that platform to be able to view or edit key tasks.

I am having trouble finding any software that does this effectively. Any ideas on what you all do or any software you use to help with the process would be much appreciated!

Hi Guru --

Welcome to the site!

I'm doing property tax work part-time for a group that is grappling with almost the same issue, but they need a platform that will allow the client to engage in billing and appeal management of their property with us, whether a single property or a portfolio. The latest talk was about something called Bitrix; they bailed out on it for some reason. If you want, I can check with them and get back to you.

That would be phenomenal! Thank you. Looking over their website now and may sign up for a free account.

And if anyone else has any other recommendations or similar experiences, I would enjoy hearing their perspective as well.
