I need recommendations please, I am planning to join them, get experience and then move to a big brokerage. Thanks

I'm actually right in your neck of the woods, SWFL. I was with Premiere Plus before I changed to Domain Realty. Absolutely love Domain. I've sold more homes in a shorter time with them because of their support than my previous brokerage. Broker is always available, staff is great and agents are always willing to help out. They also have classes available. Give me a call tomorrow if you'd like to talk further about them. 239.494.3433

If you're just looking to get experience, get out there and find the top agents in your area and ask them if you can be their licensed assistant or work on their team (with a specific duty). That way, you learn the ropes and get paid for it.
