Eric, nothing is free and I'm betting they're going to low ball you on the value of your home.

Reading their website is plainly states that THEY are going to be buying your house.

There no catch to getting an offer from them. My advice is to talk with an well known realtor in your area and get their opinion on what your home is really worth.

I had a friend try to originally sell her deceased fathers home without an agent. Almost everyone of the people that showed up were house flippers trying to get the house for a bargain as they say. My friend decided that she didn't like the offers and got a real estate agent. The selling price was $80K more than any of the offers she got trying to sell the home herself. She paid a commission of $14,400 to the broker selling her home, netting her $65,600 over any of the offers she got trying to sell it herself.
