Hello!
I am taking my PA course online through Real Estate Express. I set my completion goal date as March, 2019. I am now 61% to my goal. For those of you have taken your course through this site, I have a question for you.

Does this mean I'm 61% to taking my proctored exam for the 30 hour fundamental course or to taking the state exam? How long is the Practice Course that I also need to take after the Fundamentals? I called the school but they didn't have an answer. This 30 hour course is taking much longer than I expected and I'm afraid the next segment is going to make this a 9 month course.

Thank you for your help. If this question isn't clear, let me know and I will try to explain it better! I believe this is the first of many questions!

If the School doesn't have an answer, how could anyone on this Forum top that ?

When you say "PA", do you mean Pennsylvania ? I always thought PA was considered to be Mid-Atlantic.

Knowing you're in the NorthEast is helpful; but hardly clarifies which jurisdiction you intend to become Licensed in; and that would help in predicting what hurdles you must be cross to become licensed there. Each State and Commonwealth is a little different.

You'll look back on this studying and preparation for the State and National Examinations as being the easy part of making this a career.

Sorry I can't be of more help, maybe someone with recent Exam Prep experience from your State could chime in . . . . if they knew which one that was.

Good Luck !

Pa. just changed their hours on Oct 1st from 60 to 75 hours to get your Pa. License. Make sure the company you are using has updated their class information to adjust for this additional 15 hours of instruction change.

The state Exam for Pa. is done through an independent company called PCI Exams,$49. You take the exam on a computer at one of their locations across the state.
