Hi everyone,

We are closing escrow soon and buyer's agent has not returned Seller's disclosures. We have been in escrow for more than 45 days due to loan issue. I have repeatedly asked the agent to return the seller's disclosures 6 times or more and he kept telling me that he would ask the buyer. When it comes to signing other documents such as addendum and escrow extension, buyer's agent were able to send those over quick. What do you think I should do as we are a couple days away from closing the deal? Your input and advice are always appreciated.

Is the Seller's Closing Attorney . . . . or the Title Company willing to intercede to clear up this remaining loose end ?

After all, they've invested quite a bit in this matter and would benefit from knowing is the Buyer is thinking about pulling the plug based upon something in the Building Inspection that rubbed him/her the wrong way.

I always like to use someone like that as a surrogate; and avoid tarnishing my own relationship until all else fails.

Thank you for your input. The buyer removed all the contingencies and have signed CD already I don't know why either the buyer's agent not taking this seriously or buyer would not care. Only option I have is to have lender fund the loan, but hold on to recording and funds disbursement including buyer's agent commission until we resolve it. As suggested, I have to get everyone involved including lender,escrow, title and seller so buyer's agent can take it aeriously.
