Has anyone encountered with pool pump making that high-pitched noise?

More than likely pump bearings. Make sure your pump (they vary a lot between types and models) is getting full flow all the time. If the pool runs too low, the pump may start sucking air, and not provide enough cooling for the motor, accelerating bearing wear. It's not cheap to replace a pump, you can get it repaired sometimes, and if so that should be cheaper. Especially if you are adept at removing and replacing the pump yourself.

I apologize for the late reply, I just joined the forum recently and ran across your post. I hope you found the cause by now.
