Hey everyone, my name is Benjamin Kleven, I'm a recent college graduate looking to start a career as a real estate writer/investor. Iím specifically looking to write about and invest in real estate in Northern California, close to the Bay Area. I'm wondering if any of you guys have real-estate writing assignments that you need done, or if you need someone to guest-post on your blog, or anything of that sort, please let me know. I wrote for my school newspaper at UC Santa Cruz, and feel that I'm an excellent writer, I'm just not very experienced in real estate, and I'm looking for a way to get started. If you have any opportunities, or know anyone who might, please let me know.
Also, I have about 20k saved up, and Iím looking to research a lot and eventually buy my first house. How would you guys recommend I get started?
Thanks so much, Benjamin

Maybe the best thing to do will be to write and submit some interesting Posts here that demonstrate your knowledge of our contemporary Real Estate issues and concerns, along with displaying the quality of your writing skills . . . . and after having impressed some of the other subscribers to this Forum, they may seek you out for the services you offer.

Meanwhile, no one knows anything about you, or what you know, or what skills you possess. You just registered here today; so no one knows you . . . . the stage is yours. Good Luck !
