Hello everyone. I passed my real estate exam Sunday, June 3 and was wondering which broker names in the Baltimore and Washington DC area pay salary and not a commission. I have asked professionals in the business around my neighboorhood and they have told me to go salary when looking for a broker when I am first starting out in real estate. I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter. Thank you.

That sounds like quite the quandary . . . . How many job offers do you have to choose from ?

Hello Stevie
That's actually an interesting question. In my market Redfin offers a salary. We have had some of the larger real estate teams offer a "guarantee" that you would make X amount or they would make up the difference.
I don't know if there are others that offer a salary or not?
