I'm not a fan, either. Our website is a tool to impress future listings and buyers. You create a cult of personality with your website. More listings creates more use value for buyers - a one stop shop, so to speak. For Sellers, I can see the vanity portion appealing to them, but I could argue with them that a different listing could pull in a buyer for their property. It's all in how you sell it.

For us - I'd only consider a single page if it was a high value property. If you've got an amazing multi-million dollar estate, then you have the material to dedicate a whole site. Add backlinks to your main site, and it's a win-win.

A number of realtors are using single property websites to showcase their special properties online and found that they drive traffic to listings and have a huge impact on a number of people directly to my property websites. They're a great way to showcase each property's unique details, photos, etc.

a single site is good if you can do good organic and paid SEO to get traffic from search engines.

[quote=Kate Jones]Hi,
I think, the main purpose of a single property website is selling the property. Is there any issue if the Google caught it and have negative impression? I feel, once the property is seen by the buyer, it will become simple to sell it.
Well, I have number of properties to sell, therefore, can't say about the single property.

What Kate said.
