Hello, I was wondering if there is anything on the market now that provides a way to stage large commercial properties. I understand most commercial real estates will be left empty for potential buyers to view in real time, but I was wondering if there was any type of digital software used or any mode of staging a commercial property to display how a potential site could look.

The only one I've seen out there is Spotless, they do virtual staging for properties, although I'm not sure if they do commercial. Here's a before and after comparison,, I think they look pretty good.

I have never heard of staging for commercial properties. Not saying it isn't done, but just that the idea is unfamiliar to me.

Generally, a space planner function is part of a lease or sale negotiation on large commercial (office, retail, industrial). That function might be done by one of the brokers, somebody in the brokerage support staff, principal's staff, or an outside entity. That probably takes the place of the need for staging.
