A good realtor can be difficult to find but it is the most important things that you make the right choices when buying and rent property. You can Search real estate agent from your locality on the internet. Recently I bought a house in Ghana through a professional real estate company Abrewa Real Estate Limited. I found this agent through social media.

Yes, you can use social media to find a realtor. Real Estate business without Social media is worthless in today's world. Almost all realtors uses Social media to promote and get clients for their business.

It's a cost to benefit ratio. Some social media advertising is not worth the ROI. But free promotion used with a smart media campaign can be priceless. It's not all the same. I'd be wary of apps that cost too much.

the more people who are doing the same exact thing you are doing gives what you are doing less value to your business to help it stand out....to be average you typically do what most people do...that seems like a logical well proven formula.
