Hi friends,

I'm new to the industry and am shopping around for a CRM. I have a general idea of what I need: contact management, notes, followups, etc...

Since I'm a bit new here, I need a huge favor from the community:

What are the top two key features that I need to look for in a real estate CRM?

Thanks so much for helping out a beginner!

Brian

Do you use or plan to use any lead gen services? Zillow, Home Evaluation Sites, IDX, FSBO / Expired? And if so does the CRM sync with your provider?

Nearly every top real estate agent uses some form of a CRM solution in their business. Which particular product they use isnít as material as what they do with it.

1. A CRM organizes tons of information in one place
2. A CRM allows you to make immediate responses

These are the Key Benefits of Using a Real Estate CRM

I've heard great things about Top Producer, it's targeted to realtors, it's pretty affordable and works with MLS, Zillow, Realtor, etc. Maybe you should check it out.

I use Pipedrive - it's very lightweight and customizable. It's only $35/month. Although it's not designed for realtors, it can be very helpful if you perhaps have multiple lines of businesses. Buyer agent, selling agent, rentals, property managing, investing activities.

Just checking out Pipedrive. That is a very neat system. Although not designed for Real Estate in general overall it has everything that a salesman needs from an online perspective
