Hey guys, what sources are you all using for your FSBOs? So sick and tired of scouring Zillow and craigslist. RedX, Landvoice, Mojo?

its amazing how hard it is to find FSBOs online for professional Realtors - how do these people expect to find an actual buyer for their house?

When real buyers are ready to buy they get in their car or their agents car and drive around. So the need for internet exposure is not necessary to sell.

craiglist, but we focus on getting the messaging right. You can really attract a lot of tire kickers if your ad stinks.

Facebook too. Video ads work the best for us because they have a lower cost over time and higher engagement than other ads. You can also try longform FB ads.
