I am about to begin the process to get my real estate agent license. Can I get my license in Virginia if I live in Maryland. I do not want to take all the classes to find out that I must be a resident in that state. Thank you.

There have been a whole slew of discussions on this topic . . . . play around with the search feature in the right hand column and you'll find them.

And always use "quotes" to surround multi-word searches.

I made an offer on a condo that is listed with a limited service/flat fee agency and the broker must have had 25 states in his signature line that he was licensed to do business in.
What a friggen fiasco...might has well been a FSBO and talk about limited service
