Hi everybody,

My question is to brokers who provide they agents with leads or agents who receive office leads. I recently opened a brokerage in Miami Beach and I'm in the process of hiring realtors and I would like to provide them with leads. When working as an agent, I worked for a bigger company and never received any leads from my office so I was wondering, how do you guys send/receive your leads? Is there any CSV form or anything like that that I can download and fill up with lead info? Thank you so much!

When someone signs up on our website to shop for homes, the office manager sends their info in an email to the next realtor on the list.

Office leads (to include floor calls) are paid at a 50-50 split, no matter what commission split they're on because they are provided by the office. Some people think that's unfair but all I can say to that is "don't pull floor duty ... don't take office leads." <-- y'know, if you don't want that lead, somebody else will take it. wink
