I have done a home inspection training from Freedom Business School www.freedombusinessschool.com . I wish to work in the field of REO sales. What all things I have to do for getting an entry there? Do you have any suggestions for me? Is the certification which I hold now is enough for it? Please reply

I gather that Freedom Business School neglected to cover that part in its Curriculum ?

I do an occasional flip, and so far every REO home I have looked at was "as is where is", with no inspection allowed. That could be a pretty thin market for an inspector.

I don't know if all lenders sell them that way. That has just been my own experience.
