Not sure if this is the right place to post this , but here we go....

I take bpo photos and also have different services I am starting to offer. I did a verification inspection, which entailed taking a few photos and checking if electiry was turned on the property and if I could see anyone or thing at the door or from a distance at the window. Now client would like additional service like actually making contact with occupants and trying to set up a date and time for them to move on. Maybe even a cash for keys. Once that is done they would also like me to do a walk through and rekey the place. I am not sure how much to charge for the cash for keys as far as my end and also maybe an idea of the rekey. Any help would be appreciated as far as rates go. Thanks

What amount of E&O and Liability Insurance would this require. Are there Inspection companies who would cover an independent contractor under their policy? What are some of the more reputable companies to contact for this type of work?

Thank you!
