I teach a commercial real estate investing course at the University of Toronto, and one things I hear from a lot of students is how surprised they are at the lack of educational courses on the subject in universities and other institutions.
I personally believe that real estate investing should be a viable course in any post-secondary school, considering the volume of knowledge it takes to be successful in this industry.

What do you think? Should more real estate/investing courses be incorporated in more institutions like universities and colleges, considering how many people look to break into the real estate industry as investors?

It is good for you to have knowledge of real estate investment. Copy knowledge not enough to do successful investment. Experience, skills and market research are vital for best returns of investment.
