What would you pay for 100 sellers calling you wanting to knell there home? Looking at the idea of paying per call or giving them a referral fee per listing. They are asking 20%. I have to pay them for the marketing....which I laughed. But they said they could get 100 calls out of a 2,000 mailing piece.

Why not do your own 2,000 mailing piece instead - any successful leads - you keep 100%.

Good answer to my question. I guess that I have never put together a good direct mail piece to produce those kind of numbers. Not sure what type of Geographic or Demographics that they use.

Sorry. But I can not believe in a 5% response rate with a single mailing. That is VERY high. Turnover in a farm is health at 5-10% per YEAR. And you will not get ALL of them to contact you. I would do as others have advised...and pass.

If it sounds too good to be true...

Impressive, the testimonial from Jimmy Noble, one great business man!
