I am tracking the progress of the google funded startup homelight and they have this posted on their website as a reason for consumers to use them. Do you think this is accurate - that it is possible for some agents to sell a home for up to 10% more than other agents? Or is this misleading? Can this really be tracked since every home is essentially different ?

"HomeLight for Sellers
Sell for $1,000s More

HomeLight can identify agents who are simply better at marketing and prepping a home for sale, resulting in up to a 10% higher selling price."
