Hey guys, I stumbled on this site a couple days ago and I've learned some greats things from just browsing around.
I just finished by 40 hour course requirement and I will be taking the exam on the 19th. I am interested in working full time in residential re.
I have a couple questions though, I want to work in high end luxury real estate in Boston and I think the best option would be to work in one of the boutique firms but I dont know how to go about getting the chance to talk to one of the brokers there.
I tried calling a couple firms and they would just say they would get back to me, but I havent heard anything from any of them.

Should I just go in and introduce myself? There are a few I would be interested in working for right on Newbury st.

Thanks

Most big brokerages have training programs and some even have cram classes to pass the state exam. Call more offices.
