Is there a standardized timeline for Fannie Mae contract submissions or calling of highest and best? I submitted an offer the day a property came on the MLS. The listing agents transaction coordinator said Fannie wouldn't review the offers for 3 days, but initiated a highest and best on day 2.

I ask because now there are more than just two offers, and my thought was that if the coordinator had initiated the highest and best on day 1 it would have been just the two initial offers submitted on day 1 for the highest and best to be decided on day 3.

Trying to avoid this problem in the future if possible.
