Hello All,

I'm a newbie. Would anyone like to share their listing action plan from start to finish? Or even one item from your plan? If not, where I can obtain this information? With all of the great realtors on this site, putting this together should be a breeze...

For example:

* Listing Appointment
* Sign Listing Agreement
* Copies of Keys
* Turn in Listing Agreement
* Take photos
* Install For Sale Sign
* Supra/Keybox Installation
* Enter Listing into MLS
* Set up Virtual Tour
* Add MLS Listing to Realtor.com
* Add MLS Listing to Zillow.com
etc. etc.

Thanks so much for helping me (and possibly others) build their listing action plan.

I remember being very confused about this when I started. I make a New Listing Checklist to help clarify it in my own mind and to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I haven't looked at this in many years. But maybe it will serve as a starting point for you to embellish or update:

Ask Seller Before Appointment to have ready or provide over phone

􀂅 Loan Balance(s) and Interest Rate(s) - for calculating Net Sheet
Must Have With You on Listing Presentation

I noticed there is no mention of the Statement of Information on this list.

Please don't consider this exhaustive. It was written by a new agent many years ago. And it was written for California markets.

I hope you have a great start.

Initially, I didn't know how to market. That is another subject.
