It makes me.wonder nothing. It should be easy to diagnose. The price is higher than anyone has been willing to pay for 800 days. Its really quite simple

I think low price will be more attractive to the buyer.

What ways you are using to sell house. Contact a local real estate agent along with some personal contacts because sometimes you can find buyer in your relatives.

I think Lowering the prices may be helpful. Giving price for renovation is not a good idea. I Also Agreed with the "StagersChoice", you can wash your home, it may be helpful in getting the best price.

I doubt that Bob's dead. If that happened, likely his widow would have broken the news to all of Bob's on-line contacts. Maybe invited everyone to a virtual funeral.

More likely he found more cogent, timely advice on Zillow or Facebook....or just kept the house.

So, who is Simon94Bob?

The price is the first thing buyers notice about your property. If you set your price too high, then the chance of alienating buyers is higher. You want your house to be taken seriously, and the asking price reflects how serious you are about selling your home

Several factors will contribute to your final decision. First, you should compare your house to others that are in the market. If you use an agent, he/she will provide you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). The CMA will reflect the following:

houses in your price range and area that were sold within the last half-year
asking and selling prices of houses
the current inventory of houses on the market
features of each house on the market
From the CMA, you will learn the difference between the asking price and selling price for all homes sold, the condition of the market, and other houses comparable to yours.

Also, try to find out what types of houses are selling and see if it applies to your area. Buyers follow trends, and these trends can help you set your price.

That's probably true IF you limit your thoughts to an online presentation.

But if you can imagine someone having their first encounter with the property due to a Yard Sign, then price didn't play a role.

Actually, when you get a call off a Sign, the prospective customer knows a whole lot about the property; but not the price.

They know the Town and Neighborhood; the setting and proximity to neighbors; the architecture of the house; approximate lot size; general condition and landscaping.

And about them, you know that they're interested in that area, and that style of house . . . . what you don'y know is whether they're qualified financially to be looking at that kind of purchase.

If they're not able to consider that price, at least you know where their taste buds are and you might be able to find a match whlse in that same area.

I like signs.

For me it's better if you give me a discount to the buyer rather than give them a renovation. It is more interesting if you give them the discount. Because there are reasons for the possibility that they want to change in your arrangements.
