Hello everyone,
As I have stated in the "Introduce Yourself" section, my name is Bob, and I specialize in online marketing. We have a product that is designed to help agents build and maintain a successful social media presence.

That being said, if anyone has specific questions relating to Social Media and Facebook, I am more than willing to answer them here.

Bring on the questions!

My question for you is:

What is the best place for a REALTORĀ® to find information to tweet or post on social media? Or what are the best source of topics?

I have a hard time finding content.

If you make a new Facebook fan page for your business it will be in the timeline layout. New pages are all being shown in the Timeline layout. You cannot create a new page with the old layout.

SocialMediaBlack, sounds intriguing do you have URL to the product? I would be interested in checking it out, but just to give you some constructive criticism, I personally would be more interested in a product that covers several social media outlets. Things like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Pinterest. Do you talk about other social medias outlets in the product?

The first thing you must do is to understand what kind of content you need to post. You need to post content that your followers find interesting, not information you as a Realtor, find interesting.

Once you have that done, use google alerts.

SoldWithVideo,

There is a link to the free webinar that we offer, it is at the top of every page. This training specifically goes over Facebook in great detail. We only cover Facebook because if we tried to cover all Social Media, it would be too overwhelming for most people. We will cover other Social Media in the future, but right now, we are just going over Facebook.

haha yea that makes sense and that is what I figured.

To really go over everything in the detail that is needed it could take a long time. I will check out the webinar.

Eventually, we will cover all things Social Media, just Facebook is a good place to start. Need to teach people to walk before they can run!

Yes, but that is my question. Where do I find content that my followers would find interesting?

SocialMediaBlack, great webinar. It covered everything from the basics to the advance. If you put it up for replay let me know so I can watch it again. There are a few things I wanted to look over again.
