Definitely teach them more than just getting their real estate license... teach them "how-to" do the business and "how-to" GET the business.

Made two tiny clerical errors on an offer (one was putting in the wrong year for the closing date and the other was on one form of the offer putting the names in the wrong spot). Oh well.

Agree to disagree on that one, even the ones that do make it at 50/50 would be making it a lot better at 80/20. A lower split, at least in my neck of the woods, has nothing at all to do with better training.
