The Broker pays for the Drone, and makes it available for use by the Agents in his Office . . . . skipping the middleman.

Hi Matt: I would say the most important thing you can offer as a drone based videographer is that you can turn over the files to the agent that are in a correct format. I once hired a newbie for some drone photos and video and I could not even open the files...it than took him days to render into a new format..honestly I don't even remember what format he had them in but this was pretty frustrating...I could only use the photos and not the video.
Also, there are professional services out there that offer the full package including some really nice platforms to house your videos and photos, syndications services, tracking hits and views. (Drone's are becoming more mainstream so not a unique offering anymore. At least not in our area. ) These are really great tools that agents can offer their clients. I would say do your homework and know your competition in terms of services and prices. Best of luck!
