My site is Clarksville Homes I am having a heck of a time getting it to rank locally. My keywords are "homes for sale in Clarksville TN" and "Clarksville TN homes for sale". I have done everything I can think of to the site to get it's SEO right. Any advice or help?

You're sitting at #95 in Google. Your site has almost 200 backlinks but you're up against giants like Zillow, Trulia, Homes, Century21, etc with thousands of links. How long have you had this site?

I can rank you, 45-days or money back $2000 until it gets to page 1.

Keywords are fine but she needs a ton of backlinks to move the site up. :)

Try to create high quality back links from related websites which can increase your link influence score very well.

I have had a lot of luck by making blog posts on my site and putting titles that are popular searches for my niche.

I've never personally had luck ranking .xyz domains. This is also a YMYL niche so you'll want a longterm strategy. Your backlinks look junky too. Maybe try a new domain since you still haven't made much progress in the last 4 months?

Reach out to local businesses and stop using your keywords to build links, that's soooo 1995. Google specifically has their algo setup to stop people spamming the serps plus you should try to be on a .com, also known as a top-level-domain. Try offering a guest post on a local business blog.

SEO is not easy that's why some people pay for there website to rank in google.

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
