It depends on what you want it to do. I don't like systems that charge monthly or yearly fees.At 995 a year for Real Hound that is really expensive and you are at their mercy and subject to changes and add on charges. For evaluations I use www.rentalsoftware.comCreated by a CPA and a one time of 99 bucks and it's awesome. Check it out.

Yes, Bezon you said well. Huge software in the market. But I personally use TenantCloud for my real estate management. So I also suggest you to use this software. It works great.
Many free & paid commercial real estate software are available in the market nowadays. Do you need real estate management, real estate broking or real estate analysis software? You can use commercial real estate software like Capterra, Clientlook, Powerbroker software as per your requirements.
That's great idea for someone if he would like to use paid software.

Rent collection via Venmo seems to be working great for all the landlords I know.

I'm just gonna give a quick shout to Flyer, it automates the marketing process for CRE firms. Create listing sites, maps, PDFs from one place. Check us out when you get a chance.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
