Per the BPO Standards and Guidelines adopted by Clear Capital and other industry leaders, the use of assistants to complete any of the aforementioned tasks is not permitted.

Absoultey Not But realistically if you want to make any kind of money in doing BPO's you have to outsource. How hard is it to get the BPO, go take the photos, then come back and actually complete the BPO all while the asset management provider is calling all the time on the status. Why not just place and order on a site and know your photos will be back to you with in 24 hours and ask the photographer if any damage or anything of that nature.
