Hey how is it going? My name is Cody and I am 19 years old. I am a field engineer currently and a full time student at the local college. I do the inspections on all new homes being built in vegas. Well maybe not all, but quite a few,LOL. I live in Las Vegas, NV and am looking at getting my real esate license. I want to get a real estate license in residential and commerical and hopefully more! Now where do I start at on getting one? I have looked and saw you can go to the class and get one. How do these rate? I learned you need to have 90 hours of schooling on it before you can take the test. I do take some classes from college online so I am use to being self taught. Yet with my busy schedule I would like to do it from home as much as possible and do weekend classes. Reason being M-F I am tied up with work and school. Any help is welcome!

My grandma and grandpa is a broker in Texas and I asked her about becoming one. She loves doing it, she tells me and it is really enjoyable. From helping the family find their first home to the family looking to upgrade. She told me the exam is no harder than a drivers license. Which after looking at some practice exams it does not.
