Yes you are right, but a lot of successful employee haven't been fired, as much as a lot of successful Realtors has been fired by the market:-). My business is much slower compare with last year and to be realistic a lot of the top producers' business is down at least 30%, may be more, so for newer agents will be much harder, but I respect your enthusiasm and optimism....Welcome to the forum and good luck!

I am new here too! I have not been to a forum before, and I am here for support, I have a had a good year, but only a day or two goes by where I am not surfing Monster.com for a job. The news just makes me nervous! I am sure I will get schooled on what has already been said and so on, but that is what happens with newbies!
