Wanted to report that we are getting a new mls system which makes our current look like something from the dark ages sooomaybe that's why it takes me longer to gather my comps. The new system seems to have a lot more information as REQUIRED so I won't have to keep flipping to other pages to find information I need I'm a happy guy about that!

I've only had 8 orders this month, starting to feel a little invisible today. Anybody else?

The last 2 weeks have been dead for me. Luckily I've been saving for christmas all year.

This business goes in cycles. Enjoy it while its quiet.

I know! It didn't look so bad once I wrote it down, just comes in spirts, 3 orders that are all due at once and then nothing! You and Grexley are right, get busy with all the stuff that's been piling up! Feng Shui throw out the old to make room for the new!

I really try to average 5-6 a day. I have help, since my husband is an agent, but this month, I have only received 33 so I am down.

Strangely enough I started doing orders about 2 years ago, when some of the companies were desperate for orders during the holiday season. So I am still hoping for a big end to the quarter
