I jumped on the MLS here in Minnesota and the most expensive REO listed is $1,980,000. It's been on the market for a combined 417 days. Starting list price back in October 2007 was $3,375,000.

Gee whiz Len that looks pretty well furnished for an REO but I guess in that price range it is worth staging!
In my part of the world we don't often break into 6 figures let alone 7 for an REO; some are even down to 4!
