Since I am mainly in the commercial arena.I have thought about marketing to banks that have had to take back commercial assetts.

Anyone else tapping this arena and revenue potential??

Super, I am trying to work on that as well. I'm not sure, but I don't think alot of commercial properties end up being sold like residential REO's. It seems like they go into receivership and end up getting sold off.

I know that First American has a commercial BPO side, but I have not been able to get in with them - I think this might be a good start. Let me know if you have any ideas.
