It's up to each vendor to determine whether to charge up to the maximum allowable or not.

For instance, I might have a property with a lot size of 15,000. If there's no grass to cut or weeds to remove on 2/3 of that lot, I might not invoice the maximum unless the other 1/3 is a lot of work.

So, basically, it's up to each vendor to figure out what will work best for them.

i was reading this post and 1 question came to mind these hud guidelines do not have hazardous removal pricing, do you know of any base pricing on this subject
