Hello I just joined....how do I post new links? I could not find the button for new topics on the BPO Forum....is that Forum too filled up with data?

As per the first post in the thread I suggested you read...

New users will have additional restrictions in the BPO, REO forum. New Users will require 30 posts before they can start a topic, and use UBB code to place links in their posts.
