I will be doing my first orders for them in the morning, can anyone tell me if they take very long to pay or are they pretty nice to work for?

They pay every two weeks...new pay period starts Friday

Life just ain't fair in the BPO world......I've got nearly 30 orders to get out in the next 48 hours and our MLS is down all night for maintenance.....I can see lots of coffee coming my way.......too bad I can't take pictures at night....lol

I think we're running out of foreclosures. Never were many out my way to begin with. Just when I was getting addicted, too!

It seems like when the big companies make a major drop they're usually in one state or close to that. Each area seems to take it's turn. Being in California hasn't hurt me for sure...and the county that I service is towards the top of the foreclosure pile. We have tons of agents doing BPO's and some you have to fight for....all part of the game. I was surprised to see such a large drop with the FED 90 day freeze in effect though. Your turns coming.....

LOL. I don't think you get what kind of market DD is in. Night and day compared to yours. It's nice you are trying to encourage her, but she is in the middle of absolute proverbial nowhere. Some areas will never see a "major drop."

Today's drop has nothing to do with California. We here in Texas filled up, as well as some other areas of the country, too.

I try to encourage everybody (well, most everybody....lol). As for being in the middle of nowhere....that fits my situation, kinda sorta. I'm in the middle of the STAR TREK ZONE.... I must be as I GO WHERE NO MAN HAS GONE BEFORE......at least it appears that way when I'm trying to comp out some of these puppies....

Perfect timing tonight...our MLS is down for maintenance....all night, it appears.....guess I will head to bed and try getting up at 4....if my body can take the shock.....not a morning person.

Seems like the orders are mostly in CA. I maxed out at 7 also and got the same old MLS down for maintenance problem. Why can't we just work 24/7?? LOL.

Wannabe - we understand your questions so I'll jump in here to help you out.

1. Consider changing wannabe - keep it if you desire it - just a consideration.
2. Read the rules (sticky threads) first three threads that stay at the top here. Don't cheat - read them all.
3. When you read them you'll then know to read the threads first, do searches as necessary, contribute and then you'll also see what NOT to do.

No hard feelings - there is a wealth of information here for you - all everyone asks you to do is read it for yourself.
