If anyone out there uses MyFax AND has Vista can you please tell me what program you use to view and print your faxes?

I have been using the Windows default for this but it keeps wanting to rotate the image on the page so it prints incorrectly and there are NO settings to make it stop. It is making me crazy so if someone has some advice I would really appreciate it.

on edit: .tif files are what I am having problems with

oh yes, drove me crazy too.

You need to go into preferences in MYFAX and change your "receive preferences" to PDF.

I think that is the only way to solve the problem and it did it for me just fine.

thanks Concepts. I did that, but had to resend myself the .tif documents from earlier today so I could get them in .pdf so I could upload them to reotrans! super annoying...

I use Acrobat Pro 7 which lets me open tifs and convert them to pdf with no problems - I can also rotate them however I'd like.

Thanks Randy- I just changed my preferences to receive faxes in .pdf, but I am having trouble when I try to convert ones I already have as .tif to .pdf using primo.

Man from the band is correct, I have Acrobat 8 and no problems in converting to any Adobe supported file including .tif documents from myfax account. Somestine is best to pay for the real software.
