Hi, fellow RE professionals! My name is Alison and I'm new here to the Agents Online/Real Estate Forums. My partners and I are currently providing property presevation services in Central Florida. We do everything from re-keying and trash-outs to painting and recurring services (lawns and pools).

Here's the upshot: we're all real estate professionals -- I'm a certified and FHA-approved appraiser and one partner is a licensed RE agent and the other is a mortgage broker. Since none of us are currently working REOs in a profesional capacity (since REO is about the only game in town anymore), we decided to help our economy recover by doing our part to get foreclosed homes back in appealing, sellable condition. Our RE backgrounds are a big advantage for the REO agents who decide to hire us --- we see what the typical non-RE professional does not. We know what you need to get the house sold and we pay attention to detail.

Another advantage of hiring our company is the assurance that you're hiring state licensed (and fingerprinted) RE professionals. You don't have to worry that we'll drive off with your appliances or strip out the copper wiring. ;)
