How many of you reo agents work with them? is it worth the fee? I already do reo's but want to expand and get more contacts. How many banks do the work with? thanks for the info. -George

RES.NET, the only listings on the system... I get at this point are from the asset manager that requested I sign up with them.

George - if you do a search as res.net instead of resnet, you will find a ton of answers to your questions.

Ok. I was notified by email I have a new property on Res.net. I login to the system and see that my yearly fee is due by 11/27. I think ok. I will go ahead and pay now, since I'm here. I fill in all the information needed. It comes back and said my registration was not approved at this time. What does that mean. Hmm. I think alright maybe somethings wrong with my bank. I used my debit card. I go to WAMU and it's ok. Nothing wrong with my account. Alright no problem. I will just use a credit card. Now, I can't login to my res.net account. I thought maybe it reset my password so I ask for my password. It says it doesn't regonize my email address. I emailed Res.net. You know they don't have a phone number anywhere..... I never heard from them. So decided to register again. It still said my account was not approved. I emailed them again... They have yet to email me back.

Anyway to get a hold of them??? Besides email...

Nope...it happened to me today. I tried to renew and now my login info doesnt work. I have numerous properties and a BPO that was due today....lovely!!!

how long does a listing last in resnet when you input it? it didn't have an expire date that i saw...

Go to the terms and conditions section of their website and you will find a phone number in there to contact them.
