How is everyone doing with their September goals? I hope for several of you that it is starting out better than last month.
I know I am off to a good start, already 50% of monthly goal and with Christmas just around the corner, it looks like it might be better than last year.
I hope everyone meets or exceeds their goals for the month!
Good Luck!

I'm off to a good start, but missed one today and had to give one back, as it was for a property I'd just done a month ago for a different company.

I wish my dues only came up once a year. Here they split it MLS dues in March and September and Board dues in December and June, so it feels like I am forking over $400 every time I turn around!
September goals - 4 listings, tons of BPOs, 2500 doorhangers, 4 500 letter mailouts, finish my ABR, and to schedule my broker's license exam for October.

I would love for my dues to payable March or September, December is frustrating with Christmas and a slower selling season.

Maybe I didn't explain it right. I pay about $400 every December, March, June AND September for primary board/MLS.
Plus the dues/MLS for another association every January, April, July and October (about $100 each quarter).
Plus RE/MAX dues in November ($390/yr).
Oh, and in January I get to pay my license renewal.
That only leaves February and May where I don't pay someone something extra.

OK, got it. WOW, that's a lot of dues money and I'm complaining about $260 year for dues, due in December. My MLS fees are paid by my broker and they run about $25/mo.
