One more reason that I don't like REOTrans (and several other competing platforms some others use).

I was told the marketing manager pulled the listing because it was determined my assistance would not be needing with the property??

I feel the same right now! I just got a listing last night and needed to verify occupancy today, to my surprise the property is listed with another agent for a Short Sale. I called the LA and was mad, because the bank already approved the Short Sale and blah, blah, blah. I said please contact your loss mitigation negotiator because I had my instructions to do the BPO/Listing.

At this point I let the Eviction crew to deal with the whole thing, but I feel like I don't have a listing yet.

ONE of my problems with GMAC is that they refuse to sign listing agreements. Am I wrong in thinking that of one party doesn't sign the agreement that there really is no agreement.

My broker was insistent that I have them sign a listing agreement, and I agree with his reasoning. I guess I insisted too hard because the AM pulled both listings.

In Ohio you cannot market a property without a listing agreement . . . no signature, no agreement and presto you have a license law violation.

Does anyone get signed listing agreements from them? If you don't what is the rationale for marketing the property without a signed agreement. If you do, how'd you do it?

Thanks,

dg
